We are working with a rapidly growing biotech based in NYC, who are looking for a Senior Help Desk Analyst to join their expanding IT support team. You will be a point of contact for end-users, delivering excellent customer service, to get their issue resolved as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where you will receive extensive training & development opportunities, allowing you to thrive. You will be joining the organisation at a crucial stage of their development, which is an excellent opportunity to play a part in building and shaping their support function.
What do you need to get the job?
- Biotech or pharma industry experience is essential.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Experience working in both a Windows & MacOS environment.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to problem solve.
- Experience working with SCCM, JAMF, or any MDM solutions is highly desirable.

There is no ceiling to your progression in this role, as they always look to promote internally. There is a clear path of progression, allowing you to progress from Help Desk to Director level.
