We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Business Partner to join a Global Business services company. The mission behind their company is movement with a purpose which they integrate into every aspect of their business.
Working alongside senior members of the business and IT stakeholders to conduct investigations and assure the feasibility of proposed solutions you will ensure that business objectives and requirements are understood within context of strategy. You will work alongside a global team to investigate, create, present and manage creative IT strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Takes responsibility for the management of stakeholder relationships across different levels of seniority.
- Demonstrate an awareness of IT uses as well as how they operate within the market.
- Advises and influences executive management throughout the business change lifecycle to ensure that change initiatives are aligned with the strategy and enterprise architecture.
- Writes and presents fluently and persuasively on all aspects of business analysis work and communicates effectively with executives and staff at all levels and grades, and with external audiences in both public and organizational forums.
- Creates, manages and maintains a robust set of reporting about demand and its influence and impact on the operating model.
- Monitors the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies, products, services, methods and techniques.
IT Knowledge:
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong awareness of IT within a business environment.
- Technology background a strong benefit to this role
- Demonstrates and understanding of principles, processes and practices associated with consultancy in the IT environment (i.e. managing the client relationship, planning the assignment, consultancy styles.)
