A leading professional services firm are seeking a Senior IT Training Manager who will be responsible for managing and leading their IT Trainers as well as being responsible for mapping out training content as well as the delivery strategy. This position will have six direct reports, and will involve working in a modern, and cutting-edge technical environment.
You will be joining an organization which is highly collaborative and team-orientated. They have are willing to pay up to $150,000 + bonus as well as a strong benefits package. This will be a hybrid role in Boston, MA.
