A leading enterprise organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help build and scale AI-powered workflow automation capabilities across business operations.
This is a high impact individual contributor role focused on identifying operational friction, developing AI-enabled workflow solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes through automation and intelligent systems.
Working closely with business leaders, engineering teams, operations, legal, and information security stakeholders, you will own the lifecycle from workflow discovery through prototype delivery and production handoff.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and automation opportunities across business operations
• Translate operational challenges into scalable AI-enabled product solutions
• Build and iterate on AI-powered workflow prototypes using modern development tooling
• Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver production-ready services
Requirements
• 8+ years of product management experience
• Proven success delivering AI/ML-enabled or workflow automation products
• Experience taking products from concept through deployment and user adoption
