They have been established for over 25 years and have always had a conscious eye on their headcount against the business they take on. They have seen their IT business soar in the past 18 months and are looking to increase their headcount by 2 more people before they scale up their client intake.
You will be tasked with being the primary escalation point and a senior focus point for the support team, with the view to you becoming more hands-off and managerial as the team grows in the next 18 months! With their projected growth, the right candidate could be in a management role within 12-18 months.
