Are you looking to build your experience within a technical support role?
Are you looking for a junior support role with a fast-track program into a systems and server position?
You will be joining a leading MSP specializing in all things, law, finance, and professional services, assisting their clients by scaling and securing their diverse environments. The company has taken on a lot of business recently as they help their clients push into cloud-based infrastructure.
You will be providing 2nd line support and resolution to their growing list of clients, by assisting in all issues regarding software and hardware. The successful candidate will work as a mid-level employee within their support team, with the plan to push on into an escalated support and administration role.
Onboarding for the role would be fully onsite with a plan to introduce a hybrid schedule once you are settled in.
You will need:
• Office365 & MS Suite
• Active Directory
• Great communication skills and active listening
• Experience working with end users preferable.
Experience desirable:
• Cybersecurity
• Networking
• Azure AD
