IT Support Manager

You will become a valuable member of a leading Managed Service Provider, ensuring world-class support to several diverse clients. No two days within the role will be the same, your work will reflect the tailored needs of their ever-growing client base, including government agencies, professional services, and non-profit organizations.

They are going through an exciting development stage and are looking to bring on a Support Manager to join their close-knit Systems and Infrastructure team.

You will be assisting and reporting to the IT Director within the role, providing support services to clients as well as aiding in the heavy pipeline of project implementation. You will be the primary escalation point for junior members of the team and look to mentor and assist them with daily duties.

Experience Needed:
• Windows Server.
• Office365 & Exchange.
• AD/Azure AD.
• MSP exp.
• Leadership exp.
