Exciting Cyber Security Engineer opportunity, with a leading, non profit, Insurance provider, based in the heart of the Rhode Island community.
This opportunity is based in Johnston, RI and will see you following a hybrid working schedule!
You will operate as an experienced Cyber Security resource within the team, taking the lead on a wide variety of projects within the company's IT security infrastructure.
The role provides you with the perfect opportunity to work for a company that is looking to revamp its entire IT infrastructure with a specific focus on cloud-based technology.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited too.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity incidents, providing resolution and incident reports to management.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Investigate and remediate security incidents, recommend proactive measures to prevent future occurrences
