ERP Business Analyst – Quantum (Component Control)
Onsite- Miami, FL
Contract-to-Hire
A global client is seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to support and optimize its Component Control Quantum ERP system. This role is key to maintaining and improving processes across maintenance, inventory, and finance.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day administration and configuration of Quantum ERP modules (Shop Control, POs, Repairs, Inventory).
Manage system upgrades, integrations (e.g., SAP), and third-party vendor relationships.
Develop reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Crystal Reports.
Maintain data integrity through cleansing, imports/exports, and master-data oversight.
Deliver end-user training and documentation across global teams.
Drive process improvement and support audit/compliance efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
Requirements
5+ years supporting enterprise ERP systems (preferably Quantum).
Strong SQL/reporting experience and knowledge of ERP integrations.
Effective communicator with solid project/vendor management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Nice to Have
CCQP certification or 10+ years of ERP experience.
Familiarity with SAP or Oracle integration.
Scripting (Python, PowerShell, .NET) and middleware experience (API, EDI, Mulesoft).
Exposure to ServiceNow, Git, and Azure environments.
This is a W2 contract-to-hire position, onsite in Miami.
