IT Support Specialist II

I have an excellent opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing Architectural Firms in Boston, MA. You will provide crucial technical support to 200 end users as well as supporting the growing infrastructure with projects.

Your daily responsibilities will include deploying and maintaining both general office and specialized architecture and design software, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to infrastructure, network and security management. The role requires excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to provide prompt, enhanced and effective technical assistance to end-users.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team which are going through a huge growth phase, with clear opportunities to progress into senior engineering functions. The role involves working within a technology-rich, team-based environment to provide frontline support and assist with project deployments.

Experience Required:
- Windows Server
- Office365
- Ticketing
- Active Directory
- VMware
- PowerShell - preferable

You will gain exposure to:
- Cloud technologies
- Networking
