We’re partnering with a groundbreaking health tech company looking for a Founding Account Exec. You’d be joining a mission-driven team tackling one of the most urgent and expensive problems in U.S. healthcare.

This role isn’t just about driving sales—it’s about helping define go-to-market strategy, shaping the company’s early revenue engine, and scaling a solution proven to reduce time-to-treatment. If you want real impact and real ownership, this is it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound campaigns and strategic prospecting
  • Qualify leads and guide stakeholders through the sales cycle, from first contact to close
  • Collaborate with founders on GTM strategy and help shape foundational sales processes
  • Produce high-quality marketing content and customer-facing reports
  • Maintain sales pipeline using tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo to ensure follow-through and reporting accuracy

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong prioritization skills
  • Sales experience preferred, especially in healthtech, AI, or SaaS
  • Familiarity with computer science, AI, or healthcare data is a plus
  • Experience using modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, etc.)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams
