Dominique Lianos

Having graduated with a Philosophy degree, Dominique believe that the biggest power we have is to ask questions. And that is what she does, every day. This enables her to accumulate knowledge of her team as well as the market, and to manage and train from a place of understanding and compassion.

Dominique joined Franklin Fitch back in 2018 and has since gone from strength to strength within the business. Starting out in our UK team, she later spearheaded our US London operations as well as our embedded services expansion before moving into our L&D team in 2022.  She has since naturally transitioned into our Academy Manager where she  is responsible for the onboarding, training, and performance management of 360 recruitment consultants for their first 12 months.

As an extrovert and problem-solver Dominique loves coming to work every day and speaking to people with different skill-sets, backgrounds, and perspectives; understanding their situations, motivations, and frustrations; and working with them to increase their daily success and long term career progression.

With her extensive recruitment expertise and her positive attitude, she ensures efficiency and effectiveness in our UK and US Academies.
