Location: New Jersey.
Fully Remote Position.

What you will be doing:
- Provide advanced technical support for escalated and complex issues while also handling escalations from 1 and L2 teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex server and networking issues
- Set up share systems with the correct permissions
- Implement scripting and automation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Min. 5 years MSP or similar
- Min. 3 years with Windows Server 2016&2019
- Min. 5 years in Azure, Active Directory, DNS and Office 365
- Min. 3 years working with RMM and PSA
- Min. 3 years’ experience troubleshooting
Extras:
- Experience with cloud services (Azure & AWS)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V, AVD)
- Proficiency in scripting language (Powershell)
- Knowledge of security and safeguarding practices
Hours:
Must be able to work 9am-6pm EST
