Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales to scope, design, and deliver customized API-based solutions to prospects
• Lead technical discovery calls, workshops, and product demos that highlight real-world applications
• Build flow diagrams and integration plans to help customers understand and visualize value
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Success teams to smooth the onboarding journey
• Provide feedback to internal teams to refine offerings and help drive product-market fit

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years in customer-facing solutioning roles (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.)
• Strong API fluency, including hands-on experience with Postman and similar tools
• Some coding experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar preferred)
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent verbal/written communication and client-facing presentation skills
• Proven track record of operating independently in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong documentation and internal alignment skills across sales, engineering, and product
• First-principles thinker who’s energized by ambiguity and problem-solving
