Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support and enhance their enterprise ServiceNow environment. This 6-month contract offers a hybrid schedule in Boston and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining platform stability, performance, and governance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules.
- Manage user access, roles, groups, and permissions to ensure secure and compliant operations.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and integrations, resolving issues proactively.
- Support upgrades, patches, and release management activities.
- Maintain CMDB accuracy and support discovery, service mapping, and data quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to implement enhancements and best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation, including configuration standards, procedures, and knowledge articles.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow administration best practices.
- Hands-on experience with user administration, CMDB, workflows, and platform configuration.
- Familiarity with integrations, discovery, and service mapping is highly desirable.
- ServiceNow Administrator certification (CSA) strongly preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Boston, MA.
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – weekly on-site presence required)
- Rate: $90 per hour
- Start Date: ASAP
