Senior Network Engineer

We’re seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, optimisation, and security of our mission-critical network infrastructure. In this fast-paced financial environment, you’ll architect high-availability, low-latency solutions that power trading platforms and enterprise systems. What you’ll do:
Architect, implement, and secure enterprise-grade LAN/WAN, data-centre, and cloud/hybrid networks
Optimise performance and low-latency connectivity for trading and market-data systems
Lead incident response, capacity planning, and major network upgrades
Implement advanced routing, switching, and firewall policies (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRFs, SD-WAN)
Mentor junior engineers and help drive network strategy, standards, and documentation
Partner with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements

What you’ll bring:
5–8 years in network engineering, ideally in financial services or other highly regulated environments
Deep expertise with routing/switching and firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
Strong experience with network monitoring, automation (Python/Ansible/Terraform), and high-availability design
Proven ability to operate in low-latency, high-performance environments

Preferred: CCNP/CCIE, cloud networking (AWS/Azure), SD-WAN, and data-centre experience

Salary: Senior network engineers in the U.S. typically earn $120–150k
