We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, integrate, and operate an AI platform built on leading third-party LLM providers.
This role focuses on delivering secure, reliable, and compliant AI services that integrate with core enterprise systems and drive measurable productivity gains for technical and non-technical users.
What You’ll Do
Design and maintain scalable APIs and SDKs enabling agentic and RAG-based AI solutions
Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise tools (e.g. ITSM, CRM, document management, Microsoft 365)
Build and govern custom GPT-style applications, connectors, and enterprise integrations
Maintain vector databases and retrieval pipelines to ensure high-accuracy, domain-grade outputs
Support adoption through reference implementations, templates, and enablement sessions
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in software or AI engineering, including 3+ years building LLM-powered applications
Strong cloud and DevOps experience (containers, CI/CD, IaC); Azure experience preferred
Hands-on expertise with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks
Proven experience designing secure AI integrations and custom GPT-style tools
Background in regulated environments (legal, financial, or similar) is a strong plus
Strong Python and R. experience
