We're seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to join a growing team within the financial industry. The ideal candidate will be an expert in identity governance and will have a strong background in design, development, and implementation of SailPoint solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of identity management and access solutions, incorporating both Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models, as well as leveraging the power of RestAPIs for service integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement robust identity management solutions using the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
- Integrate enterprise systems with the SailPoint platform using a combination of plugins, connectors, and RestAPIs.
- Work on developing and maintaining access models using RBAC and ABAC principles to ensure appropriate access control for users.
- Design and conduct testing of the solutions to ensure they meet security standards and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with the security team to identify and implement appropriate access policies and controls within the SailPoint framework.
- Document technical design, configuration, and customization guidelines for the SailPoint environment.
- Provide expert-level support for SailPoint IdentityIQ and related identity management and access control systems.
- Keep abreast of the latest security trends, threats, and control technologies relating to identity and access management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer with a strong understanding of identity governance principles.
- Hands-on experience with implementing and maintaining RBAC and ABAC systems.
- Experience with RestAPI integration and understanding of web services.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to SailPoint customization and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
This role would be on a remote basis and require full working rights within the US, this is a contract opportunity with a project length estimated at 9-12 months.
