Are you an experienced IT professional keen on delivering support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded team as an IT Support Specialist based in Massachusetts. You’ll work directly with attorneys and staff while developing your skills with cutting-edge legal technologies.


What you'll be doing:

Act as first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, or in person
Collaborate with IT staff at all levels, including engineers and directors
Monitor and resolve incidents through the ServiceNow ticketing system, with an average workload of 25–35 tickets per day
Occasionally collaborate with other IT team members to test software applications and update technical documentation


What you will need for the job:

Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role, working in medium to large law firm
Proficiency in Office 365
Proficiency supporting Microsoft Windows


Preferred Qualifications/skills:

Bachelors degree/2-year experience in IT Support environment in international law firm
Experience troubleshooting Windows 10
Proficiency in administering distribution lists, mobile devices & mailboxes within Microsoft Exchange Administration console
Can install, service, and support Dell computer hardware
