We’re seeking an experienced Senior System / Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with exposure to a wide range of enterprise systems and infrastructure projects.
What You’ll Do:
Design, implement, and maintain server and network infrastructure.
Manage Windows and Linux environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot storage, backup, and security solutions.
Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and VMware/Hyper-V.
Familiarity with networking, firewalls, storage, and backup systems.
Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments).
Experience with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
This is a W2 contract-to-hire with a path to permanent employment.
