We're partnering with an organization undergoing a major AI transformation and looking for an AI Workflow Engineer to help shape how AI is adopted across the business. This is a unique opportunity to join a greenfield initiative, build innovative solutions at scale, and influence the future of AI within an organization of over 1,500 employees.

You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building agentic AI workflows, creating evaluation frameworks. You will have the autonomy to solve meaningful problems, work directly with leadership, and help define the next generation of AI-powered business.
What You’ll Need
- In-depth Python and full-stack engineering experience
- Strong SRE background, including Docker and Kubernetes deployments
- Very strong prompting skills, including re-prompting and self-correcting a workflow from the AI's side
- Demonstrated experience running agentic AI workflows in production.
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows inside an organization
- Experience with large LLMs.
- Awareness of security and information-security issues in AI workflows
- Proven ability to proactively identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
