A hugely successful courier service business based in Cannock, is seeking a talented IT Support Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about IT and is committed to delivering outstanding results for their clients.
You will have the opportunity to work with multiple different departments and aspects of the business to understand their environments. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to end-users via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions, resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
What you will be doing...
- Providing technical support to end-users via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and software systems.
- Managing and monitoring client backups and antivirus software.
- Communicating effectively with clients to ensure that their needs are met.
What you will need...
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- A full UK driving license
