A rapidly expanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in London, is seeking a talented 2nd Line Field Engineer to join their dynamic Fiield team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about IT, has a strong technical background, and is committed to delivering outstanding results for their clients.

You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide exceptional IT support to a range of clients. You will be responsible for delivering second-line technical support to end-users via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions, resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment. In addition, you will be managing and monitoring client backups and antivirus software, and communicating effectively with clients to ensure that their needs are met.

What you will be doing...

- Providing second-line technical support to end-users via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and software systems.
- Managing and monitoring client backups and antivirus software.
- Communicating effectively with clients to ensure that their needs are met.


What you will need...

- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar 2nd line support role.
- MSP Experience would be a bonus!
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- A full driving license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Greater London area.
