A leading Cloud-based Managed Services Provider (MSP) is looking for talented individuals to join their dynamic, hybrid team. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, working on exciting projects primarily focused on Microsoft Azure and M365 seeing them through as much of the project lifecycle as possible. This role is hybrid, requiring you in the office 1 day a week.
What you will be doing...
- Client Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth discussions with potential clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of products/services and stay updated on industry trends to effectively articulate their value to clients.
- Solution Demonstration: Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing client queries and concerns related to product functionality, integration, and implementation.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to establish trust and credibility.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to the sales process, providing ongoing support as needed.
What you will need...
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar consultative role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical acumen with M365 and Azure and the ability to understand complex products/services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
