IT Manager

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring that our systems are secure, reliable, and up-to-date. You will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to identify technological needs and develop solutions that support their business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including network administration, system security, and user support.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
• Lead strategic planning efforts to identify opportunities for technological innovation and improvement within the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of IT services and support.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to members of the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
• Strong technical background in network administration, system security, and infrastructure management.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions that meet business needs.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, ITIL) are a plus.
