After completing her MSc and BSc in International business Administration in Amsterdam, Sophia continued to London to start her career as a recruiter. Having grown up in Austria and having lived in 2 other countries, she has a well-rounded background which allows her to emphasize with her candidates and clients within the DACH region. She primarily focuses on the Cybersecurity and Information security sectors, using her previous experience and understanding of peoples perspectives to place candidates into suitable companies.
Through her international influence, Sophia has a particular feel for understanding clients and candidates concerns, and is able to provide thorough advice in addition to her market and industry knowledge. In addition, her degree in resource management allows her to understand individual clients needs and business structures, giving her more of a targeted advantage when scouting for candidates.
