After completing her studies at the University of Buffalo, Katherine pursued a Master's degree at the University of Bath before making the transition into the field of recruitment and joined our US Contract Division.
Being inquisitive, honest and asking questions enables Katherine to build both trust and integrity with everyone she works with. She bring these values with her every day to place the best candidates in the best roles throughout the IT world. Katherine's sporting background gives her a competitive edge when it comes to recruitment. Her experience with research has taught her how to meticulously follow processes and ensure high quality in everything she does.
Her time as both a medical and teaching assistant showed her the importance of practicing empathy, which she employs with both candidates and clients.
