Then you're in the right! A globally operating law firm is seeking a highly qualified and motivated IT specialist for their esteemed IT department. As a Microsoft Office 365 Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the state-of-the-art technological infrastructure of the company.

Tasks
Resolution of user and backend issues with Microsoft Office 365 products (MS Teams, SharePoint Online, etc.)
Administration of software portfolio, including upgrades, patches, and vendor relationships
Documenting procedures and designs for applications
Implementation of new software solutions and project plans e.g. Microsoft Co-pilot
Stay updated on current technologies and conduct market research for software solutions.
Work on 3rd level support to support the inhouse Lawyers.

Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a systems engineer.
Good knowledge of MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Office 365, Azure technologies, and the Microsoft Office 2019/365 suite
Strong familiarity with common legal applications and the Microsoft Windows operating system
Experience with Citrix and Adobe is desirable
Knowledge in areas such as file and print servers, IP printing, network scanning technologies, iOS, Android, and MacOS support is advantageous
Prepared to travel to Hamburg once a week
Fluent English and German is nice to have
Visa to work and live in Germany
