Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to employees regarding hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, both remotely and on-site, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Set up and support audio-visual equipment for meetings and presentations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, procedures, and user guides.
- Conduct regular system upgrades and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide proactive IT solutions.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an IT Supporter or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
