What's the Academy about?
Our academies operate in all 4 of our global locations Austin, London, Frankfurt and Cardiff. The purpose of the academy is to provide our recruiters with all the necessary tools for a successful career within recruitment.
It consists of a mixture of classroom training, coaching & mentoring as well as shadowing some more senior team members to learn skills relevant to your market. Our tailored approach guarantees the best outcomes for each and every one of our academy graduates, individually.
Meet our L&D and Academy Manager
Charlotte
Charlotte joined Franklin Fitch in 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant before transitioning into her present position as L&D and Academy Manager in 2019. Not only is she providing exceptional and uplifting support to those around her but also played a key role in developing our Academies to what they are today.
She leads by example with enthusiasm, positivity, commitment and boundless energy. She is extremely professional and guides development, but never loses sight of the value of having fun.
Meet our Frankfurt Academy Director
Matthias
Matthias has been with Franklin Fitch since 2013. One of the first team members in our Frankfurt office, climbing the ranks to Senior Recruitment Consultant before deciding to dedicate his time to developing future Franklin Fitch Recruitment talent. He had a positive impact on countless Franklin Fitch careers and continues to equip his team with the tools to build their business within our business.
His boundless knowledge within the recruitment space, his supportive nature and his light-hearted spirit make Matthias an execellent Academy Manager.
Meet our Academy Manager
Dominique
Dominique joined Franklin Fitch back in 2018 and has since gone from strength to strength within the business. Starting out in our UK team she later spearheaded our US London operations as well as our embedded services expansion before moving into our L&D team in 2022.
With her extensive recruitment expertise and her positive attitude, she ensures efficiency and effectiveness in our UK and US Academies.

Brooke Senior Recruitment Consultant
Austin Academy Class of 2021
Brooke joined our US Academy in Summer 2021 when the Austin team on consisted of 4 people. Through our tailored training and coaching and her hard work and dedication she progressed through the ranks and is now a Senior Consultant championing recruitment skills and acting as a mentor to juniors in her team.
Ben - Team Lead
London Academy Class of 2019
Ben joined our Academy in 2019. He perserved through some difficult and unprecedented times with the daunting pandemic and came out stronger. He has since switched teams from the UK to the US and played an incremental part in building our Boston Massachusetts presence. He is now the leader of his own team, who are providing exceptional results.
Oliver - Principal Consultant
London Academy Class of 2021
Since joining the Academy in 2021 Olly's drive has been exceptional. Starting as a Trainee Consultant he worked very hard to cash in not one but two promotions in his first year. Slowing down was not an option for him, so he smashed his targets managing to get promoted to Principal Consultant within less than two years of working in recruitment. Role modelling commitment and excellence Olly is living proof of how hard work can pay off.
Ivonne - Recruitment Consultant
Frankfurt Academy Class of 2022
Ivonne is often described as a ray of sunshine in our Frankfurt office. She weathered the ups and downs of recruitment proving true resilience and managing to get promoted to consultant within her first 12 months in recruitment.
Dafydd - Recruitment Consultant
Cardiff Academy Class of 2021
Starting out in our Cardiff Academy within the UK team Dafydd has since ventured into starting our new presence in the Carolina's in the USA where his hard work and resilience are already reaping the rewards
Patrick - Principle Consultant
Academy Class of 2020
In 2020, Patrick joined the Academy and assist in the expansion of our US market. He has effectively progressed the ranks since joining, most recently being promoted to Principal Consultant. Patrick has been able to effectively develop connections with external networks as a member of the embedded team at BCG, while also being available to help guide and share important knowledge and expertise to the juniors at Franklin Fitch.
