We are partnered with a mid-sized law firm to hire a Support Engineer to provide expert and creative solutions to local user problems. Alongside routine support work, the successful applicant will participate in team projects that enhance the quality and efficiency of support across the firm. You must be able to communicate effectively within a professional legal services environment.
What does the role involve?
Monitors Help Desk for tickets and proactively takes responsibility for ticket completion.
User interaction on a daily basis to assist and resolve user problems.
Works with systems, networking and security departments to implement firm solutions.
Maintains images on all firm workstations
Ensures that all firm security policies are followed accordingly.
Participates in project work
Maintains an organized inventory and keeps updated on SharePoint List
