ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

This is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite.
Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing, building, and implementing ideas/solutions to create more value for the team
• Applying knowledge and experience to inform the strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow initiatives, the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the platform
• Assist other team members with learning the ServiceNow suite of offerings and its functionality
• Manage access controls for the platform and its products
• Communicate with and manage business and cross departmental stakeholders
• Manage ServiceNow process implementation projects that solve product and service problems, make decisions and prioritize work to stay on track towards business deliverables
Required Experience & Skills:
• Advanced knowledge as an administrator and application engine developer
• Can provide guidance to internal stakeholders and implementation partners
• Hands-on in implementing digital transformation processes, while staying focused in delivering the right solutions for our users
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to manage impediments, and address multiple demands
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and a data driven approach to informing the process development roadmap
• Research and stay abreast of the platform’s features, suggest implementation recommendations to the business and internal stakeholders
• Worked in Scrum/Agile framework
• 4 Year College Degree
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
• 5+ years working with various ServiceNow products, such as ITSM, Knowledge, Employee Workflows, HR Enterprise Onboarding, HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery), Asset Management, App Engine, Integration Hub, and Workplace Services
• JavaScript experience a plus
