Senior Consultant, DMS

We are working with a legal consulting firm that has a diverse spectrum of Am 100 clients that are looking for an expert in Document Management Systems, such as iManage, NetDocs, and eDocs. You will be consulting with law firms on new product selection and implementing their new DMS systems.

This is a technical and client facing role. You will work with clients to determine their technical strategy, then design, implement, and integrate the new DMS system. Your projects will be leading large scale, enterprise level DMS migrations for Am 100 law firms. This includes DMS on-prem to cloud migrations (if you don't have DMS cloud experience, they're willing to teach you). You will develop configurations and integrate systems by building APIs.

The ideal candidate will have BOTH a law firm background and consulting background. However, experience in either is suitable. You must be a subject matter expert in the design, implementation, and integration of Document Management Systems (DMS - NetDocs, iManage, OR eDocs). If you are an end user of DMS or have done migrations for system upgrades, this is not the right fit for you.

This role is remote with Travel 1-2x per month.

What you need:

Experience with NetDocuments (NetDocs) OR iManage and Document Management Systems is essential
Must have DMS experience in design, implementation, and integration of DMS
Must have EITHER Law firm or Consulting experience in professional services
Must have enterprise level experience
Nice to haves: PowerShell, SQL, cloud experience
