Are you looking to join a support team full of driven and passionate people?

We are working with a biopharmaceutical client to appoint a new support analyst into their IT team.
They are currently looking for a highly effective member for the Help Desk and IT team to act as the first point of contact for end-users. You will be working across the latest hardware & software, installing & configuring throughout all the workstation while working with the team to resolve any technical issues.

Do you have?
• Ability to teach as well as direct customers
• Windows Server Knowledge
• Active Directory, SCCM & MDM experience
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, Mac, Handheld Data Devices (iPhones, Android phones),
• Biotech/ Pharma experience is a plus
