You will be joining a small and growing team of industry experts, that will be specializing in the monitoring of various client and customer issues using a mixture of standard troubleshooting techniques and external resources. This team is hands on and strive to maintain knowledge within the computer/legal industry.
You will be working on different issues everyday so there are no boring moments here!
Must Haves
• 3 Years experience of technical customer service
• Experience with Incident tracking systems
• Microsoft Office Applications, Citrix, Intune.

• Law Firm Experience
