One of Greater Boston's leading retailers is looking to bring on board an IT Support Engineer to join their team.
Within this role, you will be given the responsibility and autonomy to take ownership of the operations side of the company’s IT.
You will possess extensive experience in resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues. You must be adept at offering tech solutions to staff and collaborating closely with external software firms to implement new technologies and optimize existing ones.
- Windows Server/M365
- Networking Skills
- Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems
- Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support across the office and the retail shops
- Retailer experience would be a huge plus (POS)
