Service Desk Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to internal employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and other systems.
- Install and configure hardware and software for new employees.
- Monitor and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an IT service desk environment
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other common business applications
- Some exposure to Azure is desirable.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other user management tools
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
