Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support to our clients customers. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, managing user accounts and permissions, and maintaining our internal systems. You will provide support via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring that all requests are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

- Provide first-level technical support to internal employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and other systems.
- Install and configure hardware and software for new employees.
- Monitor and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance and security.


- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an IT service desk environment
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other common business applications
- Some exposure to Azure is desirable.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other user management tools
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
