As the Network Operation Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 15+ talented engineers to deliver outstanding IT Managed Services to our clients. You'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects, with the chance to push boundaries and drive progress in the industry. What you will be doing...

Manage a 24/7 Network Team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the Client Services Management department to ensure consistency in service delivery and results-driven outcomes
Monitor and address productivity issues to maximize efficiency and improve end-user experiences
Act as the point of contact for escalations and complaints, resolving issues quickly and effectively
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure the Service Operations teams are up-to-date with the latest technologies
Lead employee development through clear goal setting, establishing development plans, regular coaching, and performance reviews

What you will need...

A minimum of 3 years' experience in coaching and supervising teams and managing workloads
Experience in designing and delivering job-based training to individuals and teams, including creating and documenting service desk procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly customer-facing techniques and listening abilities
Experience in working in an MSP environment
Excellent technical background in Networking
