Network Support Engineer | Crawley (Hybrid) | Shifts | £23,000 + £2,000 Shift Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to network incidents and service requests in a timely manner in line with designated SLA / KPI timings
• Provide first-line support for the Network Operations Centre by phone, email & client portal
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
• Liaise with vendors & supply partners to settle technical faults
• Keeping customers informed on progress of support tickets via phone or email


Experience / Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Enthusiasm for technology and delivering gold standard customer service is essential
• CCNA or CCENT certification is desirable
• Proven experience in networking, with a focus on any of the following LAN, WAN, BGP, VLAN, MPLS, or OSPF is desirable
• Experience of working with ISPs is desirable
