We are working with a high-performance ISP client to appoint a new Junior Technical Support Engineer into a very hands-on customer focused technical team. You will provide a 2nd line escalation point while performing maintenance, monitoring and testing to maintain network uptime. You will be trained within a multi-vendor environment supporting both R&S and firewall solutions for a range of clients.
Upon your first day you will be enrolled into their L&D program which has an excellent reputation within the industry.
You will need:
- CCNA or JNCIA
- Experience within a helpdesk or NOC
- Some Firewall knowledge
