Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills to manage client relationship.
Ability to identify opportunities to sell Service Management services. from short term on-site consulting opportunities to resource augmentation, and complex large-scale projects.
Demonstrate relevant experience and a working knowledge and understanding of service management within an ITIL v.3 or ITIL4 environment.
Experience of operating across the Service Management Lifecycle.
Experience of process implementation and improvement across the Service Management Lifecycle, with particularly strong knowledge of Demand, Capacity and Catalogue.
Strong working knowledge and experience in CMDB configuration and management, along with SACM.
Strong experience implementing ITSM processes within ServiceNow.
Experience in the production of written ITSM material (Service blueprints, Support Models etc) to a high standard.
Confidence to effectively converse with clients and manage stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating capability to create valuable networks.
Ability to construct presentations and deliver these confidently and clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
Draw on strong stakeholder management and communication skills to gather requirements and to provide guidance on how to design and develop service management as a strategic asset.
