A new exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our Legal Sector clients – they are looking for an Enterprise Application Engineer to support and maintain commercial off-the-shelf applications for their firm.
You will bring your expert knowledge to their existing team, where you'll actively participate in projects to implement vendor supported software while supporting existing application infrastructure. You will apply your skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve escalated issues promptly.
Experience:
6+ years supporting & maintaining applications in an enterprise role
Supporting & maintaining applications from Legal vendors such as Litera & Intapp
Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS
MS Office products – on-prem & cloud based
Scripting – MS SQL, IIS, VBScript, PowerShell
ServiceNow
Legal sector experience
Bachelor’s degree
