Forming part of an effective Service Desk Team based out of the Head Office in Milton Keynes, you will provide an effective IT escalation point across all areas of the business in respect of general IT support. You will be part of a growing team, responsible for supporting and maintaining the Desktop operating systems and Office 365 environment plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software.
This is an exciting opportunity for any 1st Line Support Engineer to gain the exposure and technical development required to catapult their career.
